Introduction to ASAP Skills Development
This class is provided as an introduction to the 10-hour course offered by ASAP. The intro class is open to anyone interested in learning about the training methodology and implementation of a standardized development program. Seating for the first class is unlimited. In addition, ASAP will provide:

Time:
The time at the site is approximately four hours.
Deliverable
At the end of the four hours of instruction and analysis, the organization will be able to:

Understand the method taught for skill acquisition.

Select appropriate subject matter experts for class attendance.

Understand the basic skills that need to be broken down and trained during the course of the class.

At the end of the class, every new trainer has one basic skill validated and ready to be trained to inexperienced employees.
Price:
$500 plus travel. This price will be deducted (reimbursed) from the invoice of the first contract if signed within 30 days of the introductory class. (Its free if you choose to go further on your development journey with ASAP)..
